What is combed cotton?
The fabric is made from 100% cotton yarn. Before weaving, the cotton is combed with special equipment, whereby almost all the short fibres in particular are removed. Once the low-quality fibres and impurities have been combed out and filtered out, only the high-quality fibres remain, resulting in a particularly fine and soft fabric. The result is a yarn with greater strength and, consequently, greater durability.
