What is combed cotton?
The fabric is made from 100% cotton yarn. Before weaving, the cotton is combed using special equipment, which almost completely removes the short fibres in particular. When the low-quality fibres and impurities have been combed out and filtered out, only the high-quality fibres remain, resulting in a particularly fine and soft fabric. The result is a stronger yarn, which also makes it more durable.
